Héritage Saint-Bernard is responsible for managing and maintaining the buildings on the Île Saint-Bernard knoll. Of the $1.2 million, $932,000 will be allocated to property management and $290,282 to environmental projects. Since Héritage Saint-Bernard is also responsible for managing the Fernand-Séguin ecological centre in Châteauguay, a share of $381,743 will be paid to the organization. Last year, the amount of the share, including the share for the ecological centre, was $1.5 million.

The Compagnom Foundation is responsible for managing the Manoir D’Youville. The Foundation has forecast revenues of $3.3 million and expenses of $2.9 million in its 2024 budget. The agreement with the city provides for a minimum share of $105,000 in the event of a budget surplus. In September, Châteauguay Mayor Eric Allard mentioned at the city council meeting that the Foundation was generating profits for a second year and praised Director General Jean-Martin Côté’s good work.
